Picture is entitled  "Run Free".  Inspired by the young girl on left, who showed her escort how to properly use the lawn at the Rose Garden.  Your photographer would have taken off his shoes and joined her in the jog but better sense prevailed.  Your children or grandchildren will love this place.  In 1989 an estimated 100,000 people attended the Texas Rose Festival celebration, which featured thirteen floats and a budget of $250,000.
